• At the rear, our innovative patented GRS (Gobik Retention System) will take care of your most precious belongings with absolute security. Its 3 reinforced angled cut pockets have a textured fabric that favors air dissipation.
• Minimalist silicone band at the waist to prevent movement of the jersey during the route.

PRODUCT CARE:

• Do not dry clean.
• Wash in cold water, using neutral detergent and no fabric softener.
• Wash inside out and with the zipper completely closed, otherwise peeling may appear on certain fabrics.
• Use the washing bag whenever possible and the minimum load of laundry in the washing machine.
• Use the delicate program or spin at the lowest possible speed.
• Dry the garment inside out and in the shade.
• Do not soak the garment or twist it to wring it out.
• Do not iron.

RETURNS

For online purchases If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition.

Items should be returned within 14 days from your delivery date and we will refund you the original purchase price. The garments must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached. Our packaging is a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This is also to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Refunds exclude any delivery & shipping costs.

Please note we are currently not offering exchanges; we do apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. Any free gifts that are sent with your order must also be returned with your order. These must be included in your return package to qualify for a refund. Should you wish to return your products please use our returns portal. Click the link below to process your shipping label and this will then instruct you on the next steps to progress with your return.

RETURNS PORTAL

Make sure you have the correct order number and are using the correct email address that you originally placed your order with when returning your items through our portal.

Please make a note of your tracking number from the label before dispatching your item. You may need to provide this is if your parcel is delayed or lost in transit. It is your duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for any damage until the package is received into our warehouse. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages returned to us by carrier or any other delivery services.

Refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. The amount will be refunded in the currency used to make the original purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid.

Once the return is received into our warehouse, we will begin to process the refund as soon as possible. Please allow up to 30 days for refund amount to appear in your account.

FAULTY GOODS

Faulty goods refers to manufacturing issues. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

To claim under your warranty, please contact here. We will request a clear image of the fault and how the garment has been washed and dried. This will then result in the return of the garment.
