INEOS Grenadiers Competition – Terms & Conditions

Win a Geraint Thomas Signed Rider Tee

1. Promotion & Prize Information

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Geraint Thomas Rider Tee, signed by the rider.
Opening Date: 12:00pm (BST) on 27 August 2025
Closing Date: 12:00pm (BST) on 10 September 2025

How to Enter:

  • Customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw when they place an order totalling £50 or more (excluding delivery charges) on store.ineosgrenadiers.com during the promotional period.
  • Orders that are refunded, cancelled or returned will not be eligible.
  • Offline Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, send your full name and postal address on a stamped envelope to: Fourex Group, Unit 4, Horace Waller VC Parade, Dewsbury, WF12 7RF, United Kingdom. Only one entry per envelope will be accepted. Entries must arrive by midday (BST) on the Closing Date. Bulk entries or entries submitted through trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted.

Winner Selection & Notification:

  • One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries within three (3) working days of the Closing Date.
  • The winner will be contacted by email within two (2) days of the draw.
  • The winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize within three (3) days of being notified. Failure to respond in time will result in the Prize being forfeited and a new winner chosen.

2. Eligibility

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Those under 18 may only participate with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to this competition are not eligible.
  • Entrants must have internet access and a valid email address and phone number.

3. Prize Conditions

  • The Prize is as described and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • The Prize may not be resold or used for promotional purposes.
  • If the advertised Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or higher value.
  • Where the winner is under 18, the Prize may be awarded to their parent or guardian.

4. Valid Entries

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, incomplete, lost, corrupted, damaged or otherwise not successfully submitted for any reason. Proof of purchase does not guarantee entry.

5. Entry Limits

Only one (1) entry per person and per email address is permitted during the promotional period, whether through online purchase or offline entry. Multiple entries from the same individual, email address or household will not be counted.

6. Prize Fulfilment

  • The Prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost, and all standard shipping fees and customs duties will be covered by the Promoter.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the Prize is lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit once it has been dispatched to the winner.

7. Changes & Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. If the competition is cancelled before completion, no Prize will be awarded.

8. Disallowed Entries

Entries made via automated means, bulk entries, or entries that do not comply with these terms will be void. Any attempt to game the system (e.g. false identities or fraudulent activity) will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any Prize awarded.

9. Publicity & Winner Details

  • By entering, participants acknowledge that their surname and county may be made available or published in accordance with applicable law if they win.
  • Entrants may request that less information be disclosed, or object to disclosure, by contacting the Promoter. However, details may still be shared with relevant authorities such as the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
  • The winner may be invited to take part in promotional activity related to the competition without additional compensation.

10. Liability

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred in connection with participation in the competition or use of the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death, personal injury or fraud). In any case, the Promoter’s maximum liability per winner is limited to £1.

11. Final Decision

All decisions made by the Promoter regarding the competition and awarding of the Prize are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and the competition are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Access to Winner Information

The surname, county and country of residence of the winner will be made available upon written request to the Promoter within thirty (30) days of the Closing Date, unless the winner has objected.

14. Data Protection
